Ficus triangularis
✨Did You Know?
Nature Loves Geometry: Unlike most Ficus plants, the Ficus triangularis grows unique triangle-shaped leaves that resemble little green hearts, making it one of the most distinctive members of the fig family!
A Fig in Disguise: Believe it or not, this elegant houseplant is related to the fig tree! Native to tropical Africa, it belongs to the same plant family as the trees that produce edible figs.
A Little Drama Queen: This tropical beauty loves bright, indirect sunlight but isn't a fan of sudden changes. Move it too often or change its environment, and it might dramatically drop its leaves to show its displeasure!
☀️Ligh Requirements!
Best: Bright: indirect light to maintain healthy growth and vibrant green leaves.
Tolerates: Medium indirect light, although growth may slow and the plant may become less full.
Avoid: Harsh, direct afternoon sunlight, which can scorch the leaves. Low-light conditions may cause leaf drop.
💧Water Requirements?
Frequency: Water when the top 1–2 inches (2–5 cm) of soil feel dry.
The Golden Rule: Water thoroughly until excess water drains from the bottom, then allow the soil to partially dry before watering again.
Danger Zone: Avoid overwatering or letting the plant sit in standing water. Soggy soil can lead to root rot and leaf drop
